Self-explanatory unit, mostly brandished as a selfish unit but you'd want to go for top line to get their mastery stacks as fast as possible, once those are up, you just stay at range and continue laying down javelins. They also are the pre-requisite in order to unlock the Brute Force honor tree node. So, get that soon if you can for 5% more javelin damage if you plan on playing javelin units.
