The build focuses on minimizing the deploy time of cannons. Being able to build cannons in 4 seconds along with having solid mobility with the mobility doctrine you can reposition them easily and react/recover quicker. The piercing defence doctrine is there to help the lionroars survive ranged units a bit better, however you could swap it for another offensive doctrine.

Siege Fighter Doctrine
Increases all types of damage inflicted in sieges by 8%.
Health & Defence Doctrine V (Piercing)
Increases health by 440 points. Increases piercing defence by 125 points.
Mobility Doctrine V
Increases movement speed by 7% Unlocks Sprint: increases movement speed by 15% for 12 seconds.
Lionroar Crew - Veteran
Reduces the time of deploying cannon by 2 seconds.
Epic Leadership Doctrine
Reduces unit's Leadership cost by 16%.
